Successes

  • 2000 U.S. Census Project: Staffing and management. Four locations across the U.S., 10,000 temporary employees
  • 2002 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) rollout:  HR Specialists for hiring of initial 65,000 airport Security Screeners 400+ locations across U.S.
  • 2001 – 2004 Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS) HR reorganization:  Recruiting and management.  Five locations across U.S.
  • 2002 – 2004 Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Official Personnel File Audit:  Recruiting, systems development and management.  Five locations across U.S.
  • 2003 – 2004 Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Headquarters HR correspondence unit creation:  Recruiting, systems development and management
  • 2004 - 2007 District of Columbia:  CBBCS completed implementation of a financial tracking system for a division of the District of Columbia Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO).  Upon completion the successful project was expanded to include all divisions.
  • 2007 – current - US Air Force:  CBBCS provides program and financial management support to 12th Air Force/Air Forces Southern in order to execute USAF Counterdrug missions under the cognizance of the US Southern Command.  CBBCS personnel are fully integrated into the 12AF/AFSOUTH staff providing day-to-day operations execution, as well as strategic programming and planning for USAF Counterdrug activities.
  • 2007 - current - US Department of Justice (DOJ):  CBBCS provides OPF auditing services, utilizing our highly qualified and experienced staff and our in-house developed audit utility application.
  • April, 2008:  CBBCS granted Top-Secret Facility Clearance.

    Recognition

    CBBCS was created in February, 2003 and after only nine months was honored with the first annual Transportation Security Administration Partnership Award by Admiral James M. Loy, Deputy Secretary of Homeland Security.

    The prestigious award "recognizes those industry partners or other government agencies whose accomplishments and excellence in performance distinctly benefit the interests of the United States and clearly advance TSA’s mission to protect the nation’s transportation systems and significantly enhance TSA’s ability to achieve its overarching goals".
